After a period of consistent bookings and on-time settlement (typically three months or more), you may apply to convert to monthly credit terms. This guarantee has personal legal and financial consequences. If credit is granted, the guarantor is personally liable for the account. Seek independent legal advice if you do not understand it before signing.

In consideration of TransfersX (ABN 49 671 513 929) agreeing to extend credit to the applicant, the guarantor named below unconditionally guarantees payment of all amounts the applicant owes to TransfersX, and indemnifies TransfersX against any loss arising from the applicant’s failure to pay. This guarantee is continuing, is not affected by any indulgence given to the applicant, and continues until all amounts are paid in full.

10Privacy & credit-check consent

I/we consent to TransfersX collecting, using and disclosing the information in this application to assess it and to manage the account, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the TransfersX Privacy Policy.

Where an application for monthly credit is made, I/we consent to TransfersX making the enquiries it considers necessary — including obtaining reports from the trade referees, banks and credit reporting bodies (such as Equifax, Experian and illion) named or implied above — and, in the event of default, to using and disclosing this information (including to a debt-collection agency or legal adviser) for the purpose of recovering amounts owed.
